I’m a post-doc at the Faculty of Medicine at the TU Dresden developing methods for quantitative and statistical analysis of biomedical data, in particular image-based phenotypic profiling of (stem) cells. Currently, I focus on deep learning in image analysis in biology and pathology. I’m also interested in computational modeling of tissues for which I co-developed the simulation platform Morpheus.
