I develop machine learning methods for computational pathology. I am currently a machine learning engineer at Aignostics GmbH in Berlin and previously lead the deep learning research at ContextVision AB in Stockholm/Linköping. Before that, I was a postdoc at the biostatistics institute of the faculty of medicine in Dresden and did my PhD work on computational modeling of tissue formation at the high-performance computing center.
